We are a company focused on equity and intersectional equality founded by women, including women of color and queer women. We teach people how to ask deeper reflective questions while also equipping them with tools to seek individual and systemic solutions in their environments.
The longer you spend looking at something, the better you understand it.
our mission
Solving BIG problems require BIG solutions.
Scaffolded in long-term strategies that will provide organizations with perspective on employee experience, the communities they serve, and the wider institutional and social context they operate in, the reframe52 curriculum enhances cultural awareness and addresses belonging and accessibility beyond big buzzwords like racism, sexism, homophobia and ableism.
Everyone should be given the opportunity to become a better human.
reframe52's self-paced, interactive curriculum is a unique approach to equity training–blending art, technology and social sciences to transform teams from allies, to co-conspirators, to true advocates creating sustainable action in the world. Each lesson guides learners through the necessary introspective work to challenge unconscious bias and investigate their place in the world, and equips them with a pocket dictionary and toolbox in the ever-evolving language of belonging and accessibility.
