reframe52 is an inspiring collective of educators, strategists, and dedicated equity practitioners. Together, we're transforming the way people learn, connect with, and lead equity work. 

Our company is founded by women of color and queer women. We believe everyone deserves the chance to be a better human & seek more equitable experiences for others.

Everyone needs to hear this training! Reframe has done a great job of simplifying joy in the workplace which is something that every organization can benefit from!

Knowing about diversity and inclusion is not enough, we need to consistently unpack what that means, and this was phenomenal at doing that in a fun, engaging way that also fostered continuity with the lessons learned. 

 

Reframe52 offers a refreshing and engaging perspective on DEI training, blending personal stories, pop culture, visual aids, and interactive workshops to create a truly impactful experience. Danielle and Karen's multidisciplinary approach not only resonated deeply with our team, but also provided practical tools tailored to our organization's unique challenges. 

 

The activities!!! I thought it was very inclusive and something everyone would enjoy doing, so creative. I also loved Beau's presentation, he's such a good speaker and so fun to listen to.
