Transformative, sustainable change is requires more than a one-time session focused on raising self-awareness. Conventional curriculum often falls short in providing concrete tools that support behavior change and effective methods to better understand others’ experiences – both of which are needed to build and maintain the motivation to be inclusive.

 

Recognizing the low efficacy of these programs, university professors Diane Sabenacio Nititham, PhD and Danielle Mužina, MFA joined forces with entrepreneur Karen Chan to develop reframe52 as a continuation of their past work focused on cultivating social awareness and creating a more equitable world.

Gen Z and millennials combined represent 46% of the full-time US workforce. This number will increase as Baby Boomers retire.

Of the 76 million Baby Boomers in the U.S., 72% are white. Millennials are much more diverse– of their population of 87 million, only 56% are white.
